This is our flagship, best selling coffee and the one that exemplifies our ideal dark roast.

Rich, earthy, and smooth, this is the perfect dark roast that we look forward to drinking every day. We start with high quality Brazilian coffee beans that provide a strong caramel backbone and then accent them with a wonderful and high quality earthy bean from Indonesia (Sumatra). We roast these beans individually and perfectly dark to keep their original essence and then we blend them to truly get the best of both worlds.  

This is the coffee you drink black at 6am, when you don’t want surprises—just depth, warmth, and a complex but clean finish. What you will also notice is a wonderful mouthfeel...a substantial viscosity from the beans that you don't find with other coffees. We have worked hard to make this coffee not only smell wonderful but taste wonderful as well.
